We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any peptide products, including cases of:

- Improper storage or handling after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item(s), contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement:

If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
We are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Delays caused by carriers
If a package is returned to us due to a delivery issue, we can arrange reshipment at your expense.
